MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
3.1 For the user who wishes to become a Member to gain this status, they must approve this Agreement and fill in all the information and documents requested from them on the Site completely, accurately, and up-to-date. GUITAR reserves the right not to accept the user's membership application. The user who wishes to become a Member must be 18 (eighteen) years of age and meet the necessary conditions determined by GUITAR and/or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
3.2 The Member commits that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date and that no changes have been made to it. The Member will be solely responsible for any loss or damage caused to the site, the person or third parties responsible for the site, or third parties by providing incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information in the membership forms.
3.3 The membership account is specific to the Member who created it; the Member shall not allow a third party to use their membership account and shall not use the membership accounts of other Members. GUITAR may share the Member's information with the authorized authorities upon their request, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
3.4 All responsibility regarding all information, including the username and password determined for the creation of the membership account during registration on the Site by the Member, belongs to the Member. It is entirely the Member's responsibility to securely determine the password of the membership account, change it periodically, ensure the security and protection of the confidentiality of the membership account and the information determined for the creation of the membership account, and take all necessary measures in this context.
3.5 GUITAR reserves the right to change, reorganize, and stop the broadcast of all services, products, terms of use, and information offered on this site and its extension or the mobile application appearing on all online platforms, without the need for prior notice or declaration. These changes are deemed accepted with every entry made to the Site or the mobile application.
3.6 GUITAR has the right to contact the user for communication, marketing, notification, updating, and other purposes, with the user's permission, via letter, e-mail, SMS, phone call, and other means, using the address, e-mail address, landline and mobile phone numbers, and other contact information specified by the user in the registration and membership form for the site or mobile application, or updated by them later.
3.7 No material, data, or visual found on the website or mobile application, including code and software, can be changed, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, uploaded to another computer, posted, transmitted, presented, or distributed without prior permission and without showing the source.
4.1 GUITAR attaches importance to the processing, security, and protection of the personal data provided by the Member to benefit from the Site, in accordance with all kinds of legislation, including the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. In this context, GUITAR processes the personal data provided by the Member in a lawful and equitable manner, to the extent permitted by the law. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in our Clarification Text.
4.2 By utilizing the Services and/or creating an account, the Member explicitly and freely consents to the collection, use, transfer, and other forms of processing of their personal data. For more information regarding the conditions for the use of personal data and your rights in this regard, you can inquire about or exercise your rights arising from the legislation by sending an e-mail to the electronic mail address [email protected].
4.3 The personal data declared and consented to be shared by the Member on the Site are stored, processed, and used for the fulfillment of the obligations determined by this Agreement, the execution of the Distance Sales Agreement that may be concluded with the Member, and the execution of other applications available on the Site.
4.4 All necessary measures are taken for the secure storage of the Member's personal data, prevention of unauthorized access and unlawful data processing in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. The Member has the right to exercise the rights they possess under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 on their personal data and to change or update this data at any time.
4.5 You can always change your communication preferences from the Membership page on our website. If you wish to terminate your membership, all personal information you have previously provided to us will be stored only for the period limited by legal obligations based on the legal reasons we specified in the Clarification Text, and will then be anonymized or deleted.
