WHAT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
GUITAR , acting as the “data controller” in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the law, (“SITE”) , we are responsible for the security of all personal data you provide to us when creating your account and purchasing our products.

Requests regarding the rights listed above; must be submitted with a handwritten signature, via certified mail with return receipt to our mailing address, via email using the email address registered in our systems via email to the email address, or through other application procedures specified in the relevant legislation. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days; however, if the process incurs additional costs, you may be charged a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board
